Fleet 612 was founded in January 2017. The section is made up from scouts coming up from 6/12th Mitcham Sea Scouts, 11th Mitcham scouts and 23rd Mitcham scout groups.
The Explorer section is for children aged between 14 and 18 and meet on a Thursday night 7:30-9:30 at the Glebe court hall.
The Explorers take part in a number of activities including rock climbing, boating, hiking, camping, caving, rafting and various trips around the UK.
